Role Overview

We are hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work closely with our CEO on strategic initiatives. We are looking for someone with a founder mentality who can move the needle on top company priorities. You will identify opportunities for - and execute on - initiatives such as launching in new markets, scaling our B2B or B2G offerings, and developing global partnerships. The ideal candidate thinks big, is biased towards action, and turns their ideas into tangible outcomes. Our hope is that you will grow into leading a business vertical at Masterschool.

Key Responsibilities You will help take critical projects from 0 to 1and then from 1 to 1,000. To do this, you’ll be responsible for:

• Business Strategy - developing a perspective based on detailed research validated by internal and external stakeholders
• Relentless Execution - delivering high-quality outcomes on tight deadlines while working closely with the wider team
• Diving Deep defining and tracking key metrics and KPIs, and sharing progress with the company
• Inventing new processes - building a ‘playbook’ to help establish new systems and scale initiatives

EIRs operate at all levels, stay connected to the details, and are motivated to do whatever task - big or small - to deliver results.

Qualifications

A background in consulting, venture capital, or graduate education is a plus.
